Every year, the Stiftung Maurer Söhne awards a prize to two outstanding Bachelor, Master or PhD theses in the fields of civil and mechanical engineering. Applicants are asked to provide the following information in PDF format to Ms. Gabric (i.gabric@maurer.eu):

• Maximum of 2 DIN A4 pages including:
  • supervisors of thesis
  • abstract with problem formulation, solution approach, main results
  • main contribution and added value (in note form)
• Thesis

The submitted thesis and information are assessed by an independent jury composed of Professors and Senior Scientists of TUM School of Engineering and Design and MAURER. Each of the selected theses are awarded a prize of 1,000 euros. The "award ceremony" for the authors takes place at the "Tag der Fakultät" of the Technical University of Munich.
